latest version
I have a problem which is fixed in version 1.0.
Is there a download site where the latest version (including bugfixes)
resides?

No, we're (officially) providing binary downloads of only the released
version at this point, AFAIK.
I have occasionally posted binaries at my website, but have nothing there
more recent than the release. If you need, I'll try to post a current build
in the next couple days.
