[ANN] Apache Karaf Cellar 4.1.3 has been released !

The Apache Karaf team is pleased to announce Apache Karaf Cellar 4.1.3
release!

Apache Karaf Cellar 4.1.3 is a maintenance release on the Cellar 4.1.x
series. It brings fixes on bundle synchronization, extended Karaf
runtime support in the HTTP load balancer and avoid some potential NPE.

You can directly install Apache Karaf Cellar 4.1.3 on a running Apache
Karaf instance:

karaf@root()> feature:repo-add cellar 4.1.3
