[PR] perf: reduce sketch hashing overhead (datasketches-rust)
tisonkun opened a new pull request, #265:

## Summary
- streamline MurmurHash3 x64 128-bit block processing and length accounting
- use exact-width XXHash64 lane reads and inline hashing hot paths across sketch value wrappers
- add end-to-end Bloom and CPC update benchmarks for integer and 32-byte inputs
## Benchmarks
Local Divan benchmark medians for 10,000 updates:
| Workload | Before | After | Change |
| --- | ---: | ---: | ---: |
| Bloom `u64` | 347.4 us | 278.6 us | 19.8% faster |
| Bloom 32-byte input | 434.9 us | 342.7 us | 21.2% faster |
| CPC `u64` | 124.9 us | 84.7 us | 32.2% faster |
| CPC 32-byte input | 140.5 us | 136.7 us | 2.7% faster |
## Validation
- `cargo x check`
- `cargo x test`
- `cargo x lint`
- `cargo bench --package benchmarks --bench benchmarks -- bloom::update cpc::update --min-time 2 --sample-count 20`
