taglibs and templates

Hi,

I have a problem when including a page from a template. The included page
contains custom tags.
The template mechanism is also based on a taglib (struts-template).

On expanding the template the files are merged but the included page is not
translated.
So there are custom tags in the resulting HTML code.

Does anyone know a way to solve that problem?
