[jira] [Commented] (GUACAMOLE-1204) Add support for RDP touch events (RDPEI)

Nick Couchman commented on GUACAMOLE-1204:
------------------------------------------

[~mjumper]: FYI, I've run into a regression in building Guacamole Client that appears to be related to this issue. The build fails on aarch64 platforms because the binary used by PhantomJS for unit testing contains an x64_64 binary that fails to run on the ARM 64 platform.

According to git bisect, first bad commit is df6b71541 - "GUACAMOLE-1204: Add generic, listener-driven event system."

> When connecting to an RDP server using Guacamole on a touch-enabled device, touch events are translated into mouse events according to the selected mouse emulation mode. This is intentional, but could be improved for those RDP servers that support touch events by adding support for the RDPEI channel.
> The RDP protocol has specific support for multi-touch events via RDPEI. Adding support for this channel would allow Guacamole to pass through client-side touch events, allowing normal and direct touch interaction with remote applications that support touch.
