Hi All -

I've added Capability.{CREATE, DELETE, RENAME, WRITE_CONTENT, SET_LAST_MODIFIED_FILE} to the HDFS provider.

I ran HdfsFileProviderTestCase and all additional tests pass except for testOnCallCache. Before I dig into it further, maybe someone with more knowledge of the caching internals could shed some light on why it is failing?

See attached patch to pick up where I have left off.
