Looking at recent QA run:

https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/6757/artifact/patchprocess/patch-unit-hbase-server.txt

Only two backup tests were run.

However, the following command returned 25:
{code}
find hbase-server/src/test/ -name '*.java' -exec grep 'package org.apache.hadoop.hbase.backup' {} \; | wc
{code}
