[jira] [Created] (SOLR-13844) Remove recovering shard term with corresponding core shard term.

Houston Putman created SOLR-13844:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Remove recovering shard term with corresponding core shard term.
                 Key: SOLR-13844
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-13844
             Project: Solr
          Issue Type: Improvement
Security Level: Public (Default Security Level. Issues are Public)
    Affects Versions: master (9.0)
            Reporter: Houston Putman
             Fix For: master (9.0)

Currently if a recovering shard (solr 7.3+) is deleted, the term for that core in the shard's terms in ZK is removed. However the {{<core>_recovering}} term is not removed as well. This can create clutter and confusion in the shard terms ZK node.
