Reopened again because on some systems the ucrt DLLs are not under 		"$ENV{WindowsSdkDir}Redist\\ucrt\\DLLs\\$ENV{Platform}", but at 		"$ENV{WindowsSdkDir}Redist\\$ENV{WindowsSDKVersion}ucrt\\DLLs\\$ENV{Platform}" (contrary to MS docs)
