   ## Description
   `data_convertor` is the core of our convertor tasks. Without data_convertor, we have to care about apiClient, scheduler, db and so on. Right now, we can implement convertor tasks with only consideration of business.
   But `data_convertor` is hard to understand how to use data_convertor
   
   `data_convertor` path: plugins/helper/data_convertor.go
   
   ## Describe the solution you 'd like
   1. understand data_convertor
   2. write a doc to contain the following:
   > - describe how data_convertor works
   > - write a doc to describe how to implement convertor with data_convertor
