New page describing how to manage top-level menu bars (1.8.0-SNAPSHOT)

With the new @DomainServiceLayout annotation, things are, I think,
relatively straightforward and quite flexible.

It's impressive. Nice to see what good domain design and some handful notations can achieve :)
