UMLS Semantic Network Access from cTakes ??

Hi All,
I would like to know if we can access the UMLS Semantic Network from cTakes. Basically I would like to access Semantic types and relationship between them like we can do using UTS Semantic Network Browser. Any suggestions ??

Thanks Pei,
I have some work for accessing the network graph and analyzing the triples. For now, il proceed with standard approaches and will see if  can develop something which can be integrated in cTakes for the same.

I am not aware of anything currently in cTAKES that traverses the UMLS graph...
But I think it would be a great contribution though.
