  Added:       java/src/org/apache/xerces/xinclude
                        MultipleScopeNamespaceSupport.java
  Log:
  Preliminary support for XInclude submitted by Peter McCracken. It supports: regular/text includes, fallbacks, namespace fix-up, etc...
