   It's amazing to scale up to 32 instances with large batchsize on CPU :)
   Do you use PS for this training and how much scale efficiency you can achieve?
   
   We have a PR for the CNN training w/ RN50 too in PR#10696, you can take a look and try for our implementation.
   @threeleafzerg I remember we have encountered the similar error at the beginning of the project. 
   Any inputs?
