Jenkins Controllers upgrades

Hi All,

All Jenkins Controllers have been put into Shutdown mode so they can be
upgraded later on today. Will let you know when that starts and when it is
complete.

Sorry folks, forgot to report back, Operations Center and 7 Client
Controllers all upgraded
to latest.

As always let me know of any issues.
