.NET SVN migration

The .NET SVN trunk/source repo have been refactored so that each framework
have his own solution and test project.
It's waiting to go to the Apache SVN.
No more change will be done on it until his Apache SVN migration.
Roberto is waiting too.
It's ok for us Ted.
