RE: missing binaries -> was: minimal xbean.jar for runtime use
Which version do you mean? I went to the site below and all archives I expected to have xbean.jar had them.
http://www.apache.org/dist/xml/xmlbeans/
If you checked out the CVS tree for the latest srcs you will need to do a build.

Subject: Re: minimal xbean.jar for runtime use
By the way, I noticed the latest version of XMLBeans that are downloaded does not contain xbean.jar.
I can't even do simple stuff without xbean.jar
Does anyone know why?
Where do I get xbean.jar then?
Thanks a lot :-)

Hi,
xbean.jar currently contains both the schema compiler as well as the
runtime support for applications using generated code. In the quest
of minimizing the size of my libraries, I wonder whether there would
might be considerable size reduction (from the current 2MB xbean.jar)
by stripping the compiler from xbean.jar to produce a runtime-only jar
and whether somebody already has done so rsp has investigated that?
thanks for any help!

BTW: thanks for all the people contributing to xbeans, it's a great
tool!
