Confusing Documentation regarding PropertyConfigurator/BasicConfigurator

The Decumentation regarding PropertyConfigurator is very confusing due to a 
major chance in the inheritance of PropertyConfigurator. Despite 
PropertyConfigurator is not anymore a subclass of BasicConfigurator as in 
Version 1.1.3 in the Documentation is still witten that it extends 
BasicConfigurator. This change in inheritance should be mentioned in the 
Javadoc.
