[DISCUSS]Add to 3.4.1 release notes a link to 3.4.0 release notes

As the subject says: do you think is it worth to add a link to the
3.4.0 release notes on the 3.4.1 ones? The idea is to provide a quick
"big picture" to those who did not install 3.4.0. I'm thinking on a
paragraph like:

To know more about the 3.4.x line, read the release notes for 3.4.0 here

but of course, a native English speaker can write something better :)

Does this make sense?

I agree that a link to the 3.4.0 release notes will definitely be 
helpful. I have added a cut at it to the 3.4.1 release notes under the 
general comments section. As always if anyone can make it sound better 
please feel free.

Since the release notes for these versions are  substantially different,
yes, this sounds like a good idea. The 3.4 release notes provide a good
overview of changes.
