[jira] [Created] (ARROW-14053) [C++] AsyncReaderTests.InvalidRowsSkipped is flaky

Antoine Pitrou created ARROW-14053:
--------------------------------------

             Summary: [C++] AsyncReaderTests.InvalidRowsSkipped is flaky
                 Key: ARROW-14053
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-14053
             Project: Apache Arrow
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: C++
            Reporter: Antoine Pitrou

This occasional failure occurred:
https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/11148/checks?check_run_id=3662252735#step:10:583

{code}
[ RUN      ] AsyncReaderTests.InvalidRowsSkipped
D:/a/arrow/arrow/cpp/src/arrow/csv/reader_test.cc:205: Failure
Expected equality of these values:
  NINVALID
    Which is: 50
  num_invalid_rows
    Which is: 49
[  FAILED  ] AsyncReaderTests.InvalidRowsSkipped (2 ms)
{code}

I'm not sure what this is due to, since CSV parsing is supposed to be deterministic? Is this test parsing blocks in parallel?
