Wow, that bug report is not easy to understand.  It seems like this
was a developer giving a reminder to himself.  But there is not enough
detail for anyone else to understand what the bug was.

I'm cc'ing the dev mailing list to see if any of the developers
understand what the bug was and how to test it.
