Details about FOP software available for Purchase

	I also wanted to know if full version of FOP is available for
purchase in 
which all the features not implemented in the current version (0.17.0) have
been 
implemented. If so can you provide me the details of the same.

No, Fop is an open source product. You can't purchase it and there 
are no more features implemented than you can find in the latest 
cvs code.
