Ошибка не может быть в том что у меня не установлен x.265, а только x.264? Дело в том, что x.265 у меня не устанавливается нормально согласно мануалу Installation OpenMeetings 3.2.1 on Centos 6.8.pdf.
Думаю, что проблема не в этом, но на всякий случай хотел бы уточнить этот момент.

Там почти все файлы скачанные с Ютюба, за исключением carting.mp4. Все эти файлы не проигрываются как раз нормально.
Carting.mp4 я снимал на смартфон, там дочка в первый раз села за руль картинга )))
Нюанс в том, что дома я тестировал ОМ на Vmware Workstation и как раз дома у меня Carting.mp4 проигрывает нормально! Хотя делал те же шаги, что и здесь на работе.
У вас есть правильная ссылка или просто рекомендации как правильно все-таки запустить этот ОМ? Я уже чуть ли с закрытыми глазами переустанавливал ОМ согласно мануалу.
Уже ставил последнюю версию Adobe Flash Plugin, последние версии MySQL Connector и др.
Ну не работает нормально видео и все тут.
Кстати, попробуйте у себя закачать в ОМ данные файлы. У вас проигрываются все они нормально?

ну тут проблема или с видеофайлом или с ffmpeg'ом
правильная инструкция по компиляции последнего тут:

дальше надо контачить форумы ffmpeg
я могу у себя попробовать запустить конвертацию Вашего файла(если
