Hi,
In one of the new files ( admin/db_create ) there's a comment that "Older
installations need to run db_create as one of the steps of migration to the DB."
I looked in the README and RELEASE_NOTES and INSTALL, and didn't see anything
documented about this.
Searching duccbook and installation pdf's for "db_c" had no hits.
Perhaps the comment is wrong? or perhaps some special migration instructions
are missing?

Fascinating - apparently in PDFs, being viewed with Adobe Reader, the ctrl-f
(find) function fails if the argument includes the "_"...
Which is why I couldn't find a ref to db_create (it does find "create", etc.).

They're described under Adminstrative Commands in the duccbook ... also
mentioned in the ducc_update description. But we should add a reference to
updating DUCC in the INSTALL file.
