Change to JMeter SVN setup - trunk is reborn

The trunk was rather out of date.

It has been moved a branch to allow creation of a new trunk.

trunk (r574067)      is now called:

branches/java1.5_prototype-was_trunk

Also, branches/rel-2-2 has been copied to trunk.

branches/rel-2-2 will be used to finish release 2.3 final (not
expecting many changes now)

and trunk will be used for further development.

STATUS files (and jakarta web-page) will be updated shortly.
