   Please supply any errors reported in the console, or wrap the `captureVideo` method around a try/catch to log any potential errors.
   
   I'd assume you are receiving one of these [errors](https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-media-capture#constants). Knowing which one will help to steer us in the right direction.
   
   Also, `cordova-android@6.4` is pretty ancient and no longer supported.
