Relevant screenshots and artefact
Steps to reproduce:
1. launch AOO Writer
2. choose 'Insert > Indexes and Tables > Indexes and Tables'
3. in "Insert Index/Table" dialog
repetitively check-uncheck "Preview" check box.
In every cycle of check-uncheck, right after unchecking "Preview" check box
for a moment 5 Tabs and parts of the dialog are repeated on screen.
Expected behaviour: no glitch i.e. neat transition from an expanded dialog
("Preview" ON) to a default dialog ("Preview" OFF).
Note:
1. Attached image "Glitch" is for reference only. Recording the glitch proved
impossible.
2. AOO417m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 46059c9192
Glitch also observed in AOO 4.2.0-dev
