[I] [Bug] graphic group draggable does not triggle ondrop events [echarts]

### Steps to Reproduce
### Current Behavior
drag to rect1 ,does not trigger ondrop event,white i bind draggable:true to rect2 instead of group1 ,it triggers fine
### Expected Behavior
drag group1 to rect1, ondrop can be triggered
### Environment
```markdown
- OS:windows 11
- Browser: chrome 133.0.6943.142
- Framework: nuxt3
```

by the way , on dragenter and ondragleave does not drigger always, it depends on how fast you move the dragged element
