CLOUDSTACK-7857 XenServer bug

Hi folks:

Who wants to take this XS bug on? It's one of 4 (at the moment)
blockers to 4.5.0, and it's been almost a week since creation.

Anyone want to volunteer?

I can certainly put a hack to cover the 1024MB buffer/corner-case. But if any Xen guru can advise something it would be great.
