   Can confirm that the issue still exists on the 0.14.2 chart (version 4.1.2) and running `superset load_examples` in the Superset node pod fixes this.
   
   Additionally, I had to add @sergiimk config override to be able to connect to the database at all:
   ```yaml
   configOverrides:
     allow_sqlite_for_examples: |
       PREVENT_UNSAFE_DB_CONNECTIONS = False
   ```
