SAXParseException in Xscript and Soap sample

Hello,
I try the  Xscript and Soap sample, and i have this error message in the
form :

				SOAP Stock Quote Example 1 
The stock price for HWP is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The markup in the
document preceding the root element must be well-formed. 

Can anybody helps me?
