I'm not very clear about this defect. Maybe you need provide more info, like
sample file.

My check procedure:
1)Animate seperate bullet:
--Select one text content, then add Custom Animation to it.
--Check the animation list, there will be only one animation.
2)Animate all bullet:
--Focus cursor to any text, then add Custom Animation to the whole text bullet
in a group.
--Check the animation list, there will be an animation group, all bullet items
have the same animation options.
--After press F5, these animation show one by one after click.
