[VOTE] new Cocoon PMC chair

Dear all,

a nice set of people volunteered for taking on the PMC chair job and
it's time we conclude this vote. :-)

I'd suggest to end this vote 72 hours from now - on Monday morning
European time. We decided this to be a public vote. Please remind
yourself that only PMC members can bindingly vote, but votes of support
from both developers and users are appreciated as well, of course. For
reasons of administration, please post your vote on the dev list. I
want to thank all of the volunteers, and also want to thank all of you
for the kind support I received during my term.

Here's the current list of nominations - people who already clearly
declined are not on the list anymore. Sort order alphabetic on first
name.

  - Andrew Savory
  - Matthew Langham
  - Sylvain Wallez
  - Vadim Gritsenko

Cheers,

</Steven>

Thanks to all. I know the choice wasn't easy, and the variety of votes
shows how healthy our community is and in no way questions the cohesion
of the group.

I take the chairman hat for the year to come, and hope I'll be able to
fulfill that job as good as my predecessors, Stefano and Steven. As
outlined by Stefano, I consider this job as being a bridge between
Cocoon and the board, but also as a mediator within the community
whenever the need arises (hopefully not often in this friendly group).

Thanks again, I am very honoured.

Sylvain

Upayavira & Unico, for some reason or another you seem not to be in
cvs:committers/board/committee-info.txt, the binding PMC membership
list. Not that your vote changed the outcome of the vote, though. The
quorum (without your votes) was 19 votes out of 32 possible voters.

Same here. How to solve it?

$ java pmc Andrew Matthew Sylvain Vadim
And the winner is: Matthew

If you're in trouble like me, just:

public class pmc {
   public static void main(String[] candidates) {
     int  winner = (int)Math.floor(Math.random() * candidates.length);
     System.out.println("And the winner is: " + candidates[winner]);
   }
}

So, +1 for Matthew. And if there are bugs above, well... too bad. :-)
