   This PR mainly contains three changes:
   
   - Change `targetPartitionSize` of `indexTuningConfig` to `maxRowsPerSegment`. `maxRowsPerSegment` was added in #6129 and this is to use the same name for the same configuration.
   - Improve auto compaction to support `maxRowsPerSegment`.
   - Add support the custom metricsSpec for compactionTask.
