svn2gitupdate was hung, restarted it and log is looking good. please test and verify that everything is working again for you

> The git mirroring on the hadoop-common repo seems to be only working via the once-an-hour cron job instead of the "real time" updates supposedly triggered via emails. I committed a couple things a few minutes ago and they didn't go through on their own. I happen to have git.a.o access so I manually ran update-mirror and that worked fine, so I think something might be up with the email-driven updates.
