Ambari restricts the number of instances to 1 for HSI. This should be relaxed to allow two instances (eventually more than 1 but for now 2).

This requires
* Removal of the constraint
* Removal of hive-env property that holds the hostname for HSI
* Relax stack advisor validation logic
