Tanks  for  the  reply, is it neccessary to use a table to construct a
toc  like the "Table of contents" in the leader.fo or is there another
way ?

I am not sure that it is, but I don't know of any other way to make 
sure that all columns like chapter numbering, chapter title and 
page numbers are aligned correctly.
