The difference between two patches is the "version" number in _config.html.

2. Though about the "archive" part a little, added "latest" to the "archive" as well because then this "archive" section can also be used to navigate between all the existing versions.

3. Steps to publish:
a). publish in 0.8.1 branch 
b). publish in master branch ( this is necessary because we made changes to the "latest version" and "archive" part)

4. Thinking of publish after 0.8 official release. Or should we publish websites now?
