DTM

I encountered the concept of DTM in xalan-1.2.2, but when I looked in
Xalan-2.0, the directory strucure is different, the class is gone, and that
concept seems to have disappeared. It is no longer mentioned on the readme
webpage as used to be the case. What happened to DTM? It sounded very
interesting...
