Test cases
 # Cannot save and launch a new experiment without a file - PASS Because when there are mandatory files, the Save and Launch button don't get enabled.
 # Cannot save a new experiment without a file - PASS Because when there are mandatory files, the Save button doesn't get enabled.
 # Can save and launch a new experiment without a file - PASS Because when the files are not mandatory, the Save and Launch button is enabled. Even the job gets submitted.
 # Can save a new experiment without a file - PASS Because when the files are not mandatory, the Save button is enabled.
 # The experiment launched without a mandatory file failed. To launch used the 'Launch' button on top. - PASS (experiment failed with "Failed to fetch metadata for file /var/www/portals/gateway-user-data/django-seagrid/deveroma2017/tmp/water_SmQ2QYZ.nw"
