    Fixed casesensitive column issue in self join queries

    Queries are failing when the case sensitive columns are used in self join queries like below
    `select b.IMEI from table1 a join table1 b on a.imei=b.imei`

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/ravipesala/incubator-carbondata join-case-sensitive-fails

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-carbondata/pull/68.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #68
