[m2] maven-changes-plugin - icons are not being displayed

Hi there,

The changes report generated by running 'mvn site' does not display any icon of add, update or fix (from changes.xml).
Any clues ? Is this a known bug ?

It's working for me.

See also the Sample Changes Report that is generated for the plugin site 
for a working example:
