   Sorry for the delay here! Two comments :
   
   1) the PR description says "handling datasets with time-based intervals represented as strings (e.g., 1s, 2m, 3h)", but the PR does not appear to allow that; have I missed something?
   2) Can you update the doc at https://arrow.apache.org/docs/dev/cpp/csv.html#data-types ?
