          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Basic Architecture
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@xml.apache.org

This is mostly an WSDL2Java change to support the form attributes for
attributes just like we already do for elements.

Need testcase as well.
