   ### Purpose
   
   Reorganize the Iceberg compatibility documentation around reading tables, choosing a catalog, and checking compatibility. Add dedicated metadata-layout and data-type references, retain existing page URLs, and illustrate publication, metadata paths, and primary-key visibility with three SVG diagrams.
   
   Consolidate Flink/Spark setup, correct the Spark runtime command and Trino query, and clarify compaction/deletion-vector visibility, REST recovery, and tag publication limits against the current implementation.
   
   ### Tests
   
   - `cd docs && yarn build` (including REST OpenAPI validation).
   - Checked generated Iceberg page links and anchors, SVG XML, and `git diff --check`.
   - Inspected all three diagrams and Flink/Spark tab switching in the browser.
   - SQL examples checked against the implementation; not executed against live Flink/Spark clusters.
