Building Starter Code Broken w/ 0.10.1-SNAPSHOT

How could I build this?  I am using "*0.10.x-branch*":
https://github.com/apache/storm/tree/0.10.x-branch.

*cd storm-starter*, do an *mvn clean install*, and get errors.

It looks like 0.10.1-SNAPSHOT
from https://clojars.org/repo/ and http://repository.apache.org/snapshots,
but the snapshot doesn't exist in either as far as I can tell.

I saw a storm-core:0.10.0 in repository.apache.org, and clojars.org seem to
stop on anything with Storm since 0.9.0.1.
