[users@httpd] timeout expired

We are using Apache 2.0.43 and ran into the following when executing a 
cgi script.

[error] [client 129.149.161.38] (70007)The timeout specified has 
expired: ap_content_length_filter: apr_bucket_read() failed,

Does anyone know which timeout expired?  How do we change it and see if 
a larger value will accomodate the cgi script?
