   As agreed in [the site structure document](https://docs.google.com/document/d/10Fu7oqDzdM_D6LbexzwX9arh51Tic7AGvkWTQrL6jjQ/edit), create a `Troubleshooting` page such that
   
   - Outline:
     - Common mistakes
     - `log4j2.debug` and `log4j2.statusLoggerLevel`
     - Link to the `Support` page
   - Target `2.x`, port to `main`

   Indeed `faq.adoc#troubleshooting` is repurposed in MS15 (#2539), hence this issue is already fixed.
