Installation of Cocoon under Weblogic 6.0sp1

Hi there,
     I'm trying to install cocoon under Weblogic 6.0sp1but whenever I try to
access
the samples it throws the following error message :
          Unable to open resource
http://localhost:7001/cocoonwar/conf/cocoon.properties.
          java.lang.NullPointerException at
org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon.init(Cocoon.java:123)

     If I paste the URL of the properties file into a browser it reurns the
content of the file.
Any ideas ?
