   @bbende @ijokarumawak  do you have time to review? This was created to support a different sort of HBase lookup table than the existing lookup service for HBase. That one assumes you want part of all of a row as a record. This lets you build a lookup table where either the keys or the values have some sort of significance to the data you're enriching and return that as a `List<String>`.
